Use this guide to complete and submit your JMP correctly.

1. Complete journey details. Select the driver and vehicle, enter the journey date, destination, departure/arrival times and other required details.
2. Check the vehicle and load. Complete the vehicle daily check and load safety check, and submit the vehicle daily check where required before filling this form.
3. Check driving time. Select “Estimated driving time” to view approximate one-way times from Khazzan. Actual times depend on route and conditions.
4. Rest and night driving. Legs over 2 hours automatically get the Rest tick and rest remark; review and adjust if needed. If arriving after dark, enter the reason and obtain the required BP JMP approval before generating.
5. Review and generate. Check the Preview, correct any missing details, then select “Generate JMP” and confirm the upload requirement.
6. Sign and upload. Send the generated PDF for signature. Upload the signed JMP to ERMS within 7 days of issuance to obtain the JMP sequence number.
7. Feedback. Use “Submit Feedback” to share feedback about the tool.
